"Inspirational!"

I always attack an event with a purpose in mind! People that are aware of my style know that it's to start with the end and then do everything possible to reach that goal.
The process begins with the "elements!" A list of ingredients when pulled together constitute the package.
This years Winners Circle Weekend list of elements read as follows:
1.The Double Tree Guest Suites
2.Silent auction
3.Tom Ambrose
4.Elvis Presley the Experience
5.Jesse McGuire
6.The Piestewa's
7.Doc Holliday
8.Patti Hunt
9.Todd Wilson
10.Janie Riddle
11.Mack Newton
12.Tom Draney
During the course of setting up Patti asked me"Wid, what's the goal tonight?"
I answered quickly with "Inspirational!"
By all accounts it worked! For those of you that were in attendance I hope you were inspired!

"The Seating Chart!"

Have you ever noticed how important it is where people sit? At dinner, at work, at church, at a meeting, on the bus, or a ball game!? Most people are very conscious and creatures of habit when it comes to where to sit.
As the count down continues to Fridays Winners Circle Weekend the" seating chart" for the Gala is a big deal! Can we make a sold out crowd happy? Believe me, Tara and I took great pride in trying to please everybody. I hope you enjoy your carefully selected spot!

"It's Game Week!"

Winners Circle Weekend was established seven years ago as an opportunity to say "thank you" to our sponsors, commissioners , volunteers, and celebrate our friendship with the National Football Foundation. The Gala weekend at our gracious host the DoubleTree Guest Suites Phx includes a silent auction, dinner, entertainment, a nights stay, and a brunch on Saturday morning!
The event over the span of time has created some very special defining moments for the GCSG. This year should be more of the same. The elements are in place, Gary and Tara have performed in their normal stellar fashion and the Doubletree never ceases to amaze me with their world class corporate citizenship.
I'm rolling the dice on a couple of portions in the program, but I'm confident they will have a positive outcome.
I'm anxious but excited........"It's Game Week!"
