The weekend proved to be a knock out! Our official hotel, the FT McDowell Radisson, for the LPNNAG was sold out weeks ago so I new they were coming, I just didn't know what sports!
There is always a fine line between quantity and quality. Now that we are assured about the quantity I'm looking forward to continuing our concentration on the quality with a staff meeting at 10am tomorrow.
I will over emphasize the importance to prepare so as to reduce the margin of error. Things always come up , but if you are prepared you can adjust....if you're not, you spend the weekend trying to catch up! That won't happen!

The Grand Canyon State Games is a multi-sport Olympic Festival providing a showcase for the talents and aspirations for Arizona and America's youth regardless of age or ability and to share many of the great attributes of our state. In fact we have had a 3 year old come down the mountain in our Winter skiing event and a 99 year old gentleman throw the javelin in our Track & Field event. We truly have something for everyone.
